OmniProx, LLC was founded on January 1, 2010 and organized as a private partnership in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Investors may acquire ownership in the form of member units in accordance with OmniProx’s operating agreement. Both voting and non-voting member units are available. Members are required to adhere to the company’s intellectual property, competing business, and confidentiality provisions.

A Managing Member serves as the company’s chief executive and financial officer. Additionally, this position functions as the investor relations contact for OmniProx, LLC.
